As part of the CBI’s requirement to relocate from their existing office at Centre Point, Tétris were entrusted to provide the full turnkey design & build package for the fit out of their new offices at Cannon Place in the city of London.
Tétris were responsible for developing a workplace strategy for CBI as part of a commitment to their cultural change. We provided advice on the premises selection. The design and build of their new offices included a member’s lounge, staff hub and collaborative work spaces. The project had to be delivered within a very aggressive timeframe. The project was completed at the end of March 2014 ahead of contract completion. Despite the programme challenges we were still able to deliver a Ska gold accreditation through the careful selection of materials and products.

With Spotify growing at a rapid rate the company needed a larger office to accommodate more staff. Having already refurbished Spotify’s first London office, we were perfectly placed to provide a Cat B fit out for their new base in Soho. Since the brand has evolved since the last refurbishment, our designer needed to create an innovative look and feel for their new office.

A fledgling company with rapid expansion, Deliveroo needed space for significant future growth. After choosing a 10,000 sq ft office in the Heal’s Building, West London, they appointed us to carry out the Cat B Design & Build fit out.
20 000 M²
As part of an initiative to consolidate its staff on one site, Covéa envisioned the creation of a new head office. Tétris was chosen to outfit the 20,000 m² that now house around 900 people.
18 000 M²
As part of an initiative to consolidate its existing sites, the law firm CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre chose Tétris to outfit the 18,000 m² of its new head office in Neuilly sur Seine. The client desired more functional and more modern offices.
7,500 sq.ft. contemporary fit-out
The historic Juxon House, situated at the gateway of the prestigious Paternoster Square was developed into serviced offices by Standard Life Investments in 2003. After 12 years of use, it was time to upgrade the entrance lobby. Standard Life Investments approached Tétris to provide a design solution for this task.
10,000 sq.ft. atrium fit-out
The Grade II listed Vintners Place has its origins steeped in the history of the City of London as one of the Twelve Great Livery Companies. Now flourishing as a mixed-use building, Tétris was appointed to rejuvenate the busy atrium area whilst remaining sympathetic to the buildings listed status and heritage.

Following rapid expansion, One Two Trip, an online travel agency had a requirement for full Design & Build services to their new office in London.

JLL appointed Tétris for the design and fit-out of their Canary Wharf residential retail unit as part of their ongoing commitment to establishing a high-street presence reflective of their innovative brand values.

International School of Europe has entrusted the Tétris team for the realization of a new preschool in the center of Milan, the Kiddy English". Tétris has managed all the design activities and the civil works aimed to the refurbishment of the existing building developing a new innovative and funny concept - child oriented - of the educational areas as well as for the choise of materials, colors
Condé Nast, an American magazine publishing group, appointed Tétris to execute its new head office, while the architectural design was entrusted to architect Charles Zana.

Tétris has designed and delivered the new Regus business centre in Lisbon. The company set the challenge of designing a ready-to-use space with specific technical conditions for its future users (over a hundred of them).
Media Capital, the leading Portuguese media group has already awarded us no fewer than 15 projects.
The new Turismo de Portugal premises in Lisbon, with a surface area of 620 m2, were completed in 10 weeks.
In this project the architect and construction manager faced two challenges. Firstly the fit out works took place in a historic building, which had some limitations, as well as a very limited budget. The space was divided into smaller offices and the client’s wish was to keep the status quo as much as possible.
